how is a small business computer different than a home computer?

its the same…really if there is any difference it is the difference in programs and the amount of memory. just buy the business versions of the programs like MS Office and you will be good to go.
There is hardly any difference. You usually get a discount when buying them in bulk. Our company mainly buys Home Computers just because there cheaper and there features are better. Check out Dell.com and click compare.
